Coming from North Carolina with a degree in Marine Biology,
coastal living has been an absolute must for me. In 1979,
I found southwest Florida to be without compare.
I moved first to Marco Island serving the public in the hospitality
business, I enjoyed it and was quite good at it.
In 1989 I proudly opened Papillon Travel Agency and
moved to Naples shortly thereafter.
Real Estate was an easy transition for someone who for
the last 20 years has served the public; bought, sold,
and built homes, and raised a splendid daughter with
regards not just to schools, but also cultural,
physical, and social activities.
Years in the Travel Business have given me the
expertise to assist my clients, navigating a sea
of possibilities, and then following through in the
paramount art of contract negotiation and execution.
Remember, it’s not just my job to find homes that suit each
individual client, but also to keep the agreements held
